Trouble getting custom crosshairs to work

I'm trying to get a custom crosshair for my hud and it refuses to work. I've seemed to pinpoint the issue in either the the location of the font or the clientscheme.res file

I would recommend using vtf crosshairs, http://www.teamfortress.tv/30866/guide-weapon-specific-custom-crosshairs much easier to set up and lots more control
