Hi I know no one here is a doctor but last year my eye doctor said my eyesight has been consistent enough and once I turn 18 I would be eligible for laser eye surgery. Well I turned 18 last week and I'm not really informed on it but I was wondering if anyone out here has gotten it what its like etc.
Lots of people talking about it in that comment chain, I think that might help you a little

I had PRK done about 3 years ago. What would you like to know?
I got PRK 6 months ago, I can offer you more information, but for now I'm just gonna say it's honestly life changing.
P.S. Everyone does need glasses at one point, but it's for reading and its an age anatomy related thing, not the operation failing.

"That is basically all I know. If you have questions about the process or if you are good candidate, talk to your eye doctor or a LASIK facility. I know my consultations were free."

If you read the comments replying to the main one there are a lot of people asking about it and people giving their experiences getting LASIK
