This has happened almost every time I play tf2 and it's to the point that its very annoying. I don't know the solution for this so I would appreciate if someone would help.

btw ive already tried verifying game files.

Are you using a custom HUD?

Remove custom hud, see if it you still crash, if not, remove resource/ui/mainmenuoverride.res and resource/gamemenu.res or update your hud.
