I have actual transparent viewmodels that that I got off gamebanana for the rl and the soldiers arms and hands. They just replaced the vmts and vtfs in the player models but like pinkie said any servers with sv pure set to anything but 1 I believe, the models just go back to default.

I would be surprised if you could get banned for a custom .dll file. It's not like that client program that bypasses the games settings.

Yeah, I'd love to use this. They're features that Valve should have implemented themselves, but I'm not going to risk getting banned for it.
