Hey so since I'm missing the stv of a match and I want to record someone else's frags I thought that maybe I'd be able to still record it by using someones POV demo.
Now first of all I'm aware that I can most likely only see things which are drawn for the player who's POV I'm using but I still wanted to try it anyway.
So I found a command called : cl_demoviewoverride 1 which basically let's you use a freecam of some sorts but the problem is that the movement of the camera still gets overwritten by the players input. Eg if the player moves forward the camera does as well. Does anyone know how to ignore those inputs?

This tool will let you do freecam without that problem:

Thanks :)
Also for people who are interested in this:
All you have to actually do is get HLAE and use the command "mirv_input camera".
The script linked mostly is just for more advanced stuff like camera movement etc.
Thanks :)
