is it possible to smooth in lawena? i got an old 2013 sniper demo but when i do r_drawviewmovdel 0 the viewmodel is still visible. is this a fake ass bullshit

is it possible to smooth in lawena? i got an old 2013 sniper demo but when i do r_drawviewmovdel 0 the viewmodel is still visible. is this a fake ass bullshit
The ingame smoother is broken as fuck, and just won't work sometimes with older demos.
Do yourself a favor a follow this guide. You'll get a better product and save a bunch of time. 2013 is really old though, I'd expect lots of models and textures to just not be there when you playback a demo that old.

thanks for the advice man . its a pov demo though, does hlae make it any easier to smooth with pov demos? that guide only really talks about stv

smoothing seems to be fine in regular tf2 with that particular demo but lawenas being a bitch ass mofo tbh in all honesty to be frank. the rest of my clips for the fragvid im making are recorded in lawena at 480fps. if i make the smooth in tf2 wont it be lower fps?

For POV demos all you need to do is go into thirdperson and then use HLAE like you would otherwise

hehe yea but no controller frags any more lmao havent played properly in ages. making a video for old grandma with demos from 2012-13 but demos buggy af. viewmodels are daft and when im smoothing the viewmodel appears in the smooth like a renegade. felt likemaking a video cause the last video i uploaded was rushed af.

does anyone know how to make an effect appear from one side of the screen to the other in sony vegas? basically i want to make the clip go from black and white to colour but the colour needs to come in from the left side of the screen and go to the right. a link to a tutorial would suffice pls thanks

Make two layers, the one on top is black and white, the bottom is color. Make sure they're in sync, then use the transparency tool in pan/crop and keyframe the motion you'd like across the screen. If this doesn't make sense you can add me and I'll break it down.
