Apt has always been an extremely kind guy to me even before I started playing the game in a competitive setting, he can definitely play at the level he wants to. He has an insane passion for TF2, the only problem is when it gets translated negatively in-game. His worst issue is comparing himself to others, which can hinder him from time-to-time. When he has his stuff under control he can do serious work on scout.
