I'm starting a new team, this is my first time leading a team in ESEA. I've lead several other teams in UGC and TFCL with 4s, 6s, and Highlander as well. I'm trying to get more serious into 6s with ESEA next season. I'd like to have players with experience in 6s and HL is just a plus as well, 6s obviously more important. I just want players willing to do map reviews and talk strategy and are more than willing to go over demos and get better together as a team. Its a new team, so roster is not set at all, I have several tryouts right now, 3 medics, 3 scouts, 2 demos, only 1 soldier maybe a second soon, and I'm on roamer.
