I like a bit of everything with the exceptions of religious music, literal noise, and modern country.

Easycore; its a combination of punk pop and metal (Chunk! No Captain Chunk! and A Day to Remember)

Punk pop; its catchy af and has some sick guitar parts (Neck Deep)

Melodic hardcore is really good too (Rise Against)

Playing the guitar kinda makes it biased i guess

Great Santa Barbara Oil Slick of course, the perfect trek through his career, performed at his stylistic peak.
Of studio albums though, it's probably the double album release of America. I think it's his most consistently realized and along with than the Fare Forward Voyagers title track its the most successfully transcendent music he ever made (he says as much himself). Two runner-ups for me are Death Chants, being more consistent and human, and Fare Forward Voyagers, mostly for the title track. Underrated picks are Railroad, Womblife, and his split with Leo Kottke and Peter Lang.

What's yours? :)
