So after I installed the latest Windows security updates (and the fall creators update that I reverted), povohat's accel drivers(uninstalled that I think), and the latest update for TF2, after launching the game for certain amounts of time, I get some bad input lag. I have to restart my computer everytime in order for it to disappear. I can't really pinpoint the root of the problem so I'm wondering if any1 here is getting that as well.

I tried to revert back to the previous windows 10 version and now Im stuck in this starting loop of my laptop tellling me that its attempting to recover the previous version of windows and then shutting off and turning on again to tell me that. I went to Microsoft's website and a lot of people have been having the same problem. If any1 here has had this problem and fixed it, pls help.
