Recently, I've tried to get the lowest resolution on 16:10 and I realised, 16:10 doesn't go as far as I would expect it to, I wanted some crazy resolution like 640 x 400 but every time I tried doing this in the launch options, it would always revert to 4:3 res 640 x 480, so my question is,

How do I get a lower resolution on 16:10? Do I need a certain software?
Also if this helps, I use Intel HD Graphics so I sadly cant use a method that would be available on Nvidia or AMD

You can try the -small launch option. This will allow for resolutions smaller than 640 height and 480 width.

1024x768 is a 4:3 resolution. You can plan 1024x768 stretched to full screen on 16:10 monitor only I believe. In Intel Graphic Properties search for Panel Scaling and set it to "Scale Full Screen"
