Hey, I'm trying to use mastercom's master config here: https://github.com/mastercoms/mastercomfig/blob/release/docs/README.md#installation
Specifically, this one:
https://mastercoms.github.io/mastercomfig/download
(the maximum performance one)
I like how it works, but the issue is that it sets my cl_interp to something higher to 0 (0.2 something). As a jumper, I want my interp to be 0 at all time, but when I edited it, TF2 wouldn't run since it said that the vpk file was an unknown version.
Anyone know how I can edit this? Thanks :)

As in https://github.com/mastercoms/mastercomfig/blob/release/docs/README.md#4-custom-configs
You need to create custom.cfg and put it in tf/cfg folder and add cl_interp 0 there. Do not modify the vpk.

Yeah, but it says that "If you have your own autoexec.cfg already, rename it to custom.cfg, but make sure you don't have any conflicting configs in there." I think that would mean that my own interp settings would conflict with the mod, so I wouldn't be able to do that.

OH nvm it says "You can also create a custom.cfg in your tf/cfg folder to override any settings in the config." Im an idiot haha. thanks for your help

Yeah the conflicting configs sentence is for people who have something like Comanglia's config in their autoexec. As long as you're overriding individual settings, you'll be good. You can also use the snapshots_lan module level to get the lowest interp. Just put snapshots_lan in your custom.cfg (instead of cl_interp 0).

Alright, thanks for taking your time to respond also!
