Knowing the luck that I have, TF2 is broken again even after the fix on Hooli's youtube channel. As soon as I join a game, my console is spammed with "Material dev/upscale has bad reference count 0 when being bound" and my screen is completely covered with a pink and black pattern(I still see my hud though).
This happened after I tried to mess with the stock hud and it still won't go away after I reverted it back. And yes, I did use google for help and I found this: "http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/437678-team-fortress-2/65658294";. That didn't help either.
EDIT: I'm also using high frames if that makes a huge difference.

#2, it worked for me for the first load. Then after that it started happening again. I'll just use maxframes as of now since there were no problems with that.
