BLUF, I am well aware that S28 recently started and my goal is not to make a rushed team to compete and go 3-13 our first season, but to scrim heavily this off season and develop good team cohesion and skills with a group of players who are willing to put time aside and some effort to improve as well as just have fun while doing so. I had some success when I lead an old meme team called Vape Nation which at first started off rough but started performing well in a few weeks of scrims.

I'm looking for anyone with few to no seasons of Esea played.
