So right after our match on tuesday, I scheduled our next match for Thursday at 930 PM EST. Then I check it today and it seems like ESEA rejected the offer, and the automatic offer set the match time to 1 AM EST. Is there like some scheduling conflict that happened that allowed this to happen on ESEA's part, or did something else happen?

file a support ticket on the esea website, i dont think you'll get a successful reschedule cause that's a dead csgo team

You need to have an accepted offer by 24hrs before the default match date (see rules for what those are for your division). Because the other team didn't accept the offer 24hrs before the default date (probably thurs @10) it get set to the closest available time to the default match date which ended up being 1am on friday for you (since there weren't any available servers for the actual default time).

how would I go about filing a support ticket against this team if they're dead, like what things would I need to point the esea admins to, etc.
