I was playing pubs today, changed from soldier to sniper and the server kicked me and said "issued too many commands", it's happened about 10 times by now and it's been getting in the way of scrimming. Anyone know how to fix it?

I was playing pubs today, changed from soldier to sniper and the server kicked me and said "issued too many commands", it's happened about 10 times by now and it's been getting in the way of scrimming. Anyone know how to fix it?
i'm using some commands that shout voicecommands when moving, when used sparingly they do not kick you. There's a really high limit to the commands you need to do to get kicked.
