I was playing pubs today, changed from soldier to sniper and the server kicked me and said "issued too many commands", it's happened about 10 times by now and it's been getting in the way of scrimming. Anyone know how to fix it?

I downloaded the new TF2 update yesterday and ever since then I haven't had certain sounds/voicelines, I can't hear the "Medic!" scream, the overtime announcement, medic's having uber, scouts building etc. Would appreciate it if someone knows how to fix this, ty
