Hello.
Every time we pause during a match in ESEA, my ping spikes to 200-300 ms right after we unpause. Reconnecting and pausing again does not reset this.
My ping has NEVER spiked before. Literally never. The only time my ping goes above 80 on an american server (anywhere) is when I'm uploading or downloading something. Ping spikes have never been an issue, up until now.

My ping stays high after an unpause for around 20 minutes then dies down and goes back to normal.
One of my players also has issues with the ESEA Client, so pausing is something that we require quite often. Every time we do that, though, I get fucked over for 20 minutes.
What can I do? Will submitting a support ticket give better results?? I am 100% convinced this is ESEA's fault (weird as it may seem) because I have never had ping issues for the last 3 years.
It's made us go 5v6 (300 ping is worthless) and call in a sub during two matches so far this season. I don't think it's delusional to say it's my fault we lost those matches, due to getting ping spikes after every pause.
Help me! I'm a computer noob.
