Can we just remove elo it will fix everything
but if u remove elo how am i gonna kno who is worth playing properly or not
real solution is to actually not care about it without pretending

mge is a shitfest, just play someone who is good regularly

you cant tell if someone is good or not based on their elo there are people who have 2400 elo who farm it and are absolute dog trash

but how will open players pretend they are better than div1/prem players?
only two people who come to mind are kn and bullet and neither of which are particularly bad like if they didnt silent remove they would both have more than 2.1k elo and from that point the number doesnt even matter
ok how about this then instead of numbers why not just it being 3 tiers of bad, ok and u need to look at your monitor to play me? that way its more of a general thing than who can get the most points and its kinda ambiguous as to where you are? solves my problem with it

no he definitely played the game and beat high elo players to get that. the 3000 alt doesnt count because 1. it never played vs anyone 2. no one cares about it 3. its obv and u can just ignore it
most of the time he even has less than me and doesn't silent remove even when he was losing to me badly on the easiest matchup of all time trying harder than anyone id ever played before he just took the L and played someone else
but who cares about him this is about a better elo system and i think what i suggested satisfys everyone when it comes to that.
it obv doesnt matter if theres elo or no elo or what i suggested. wat im saying is what i suggest is the most ideal thing for server owners to do

ELO doesn't matter at all, there are people who play 2 arenas their whole life and get to 2500+ (basically everyone on the first pages of !top5). It only truly properly evaluates someone's skill level (or desire to win, you know the difference) when they play everyone, everywhere. This is why Timus and Mike are regarded as the best MGE players - they could 'defend' their ELO on every arena against everyone.
Also if you want to transfer your eu mge elo into na mge elo, add ~400 to it. Kappa

thats unrelated, wrong and meaningless all at the same time

People play 2 arenas their whole life because there are about 4 good mge arenas.

I'm not talking about viaduct, waste middle or endif. I'm talking about arenas like granary mid, badlands mid, spire, gully, process, both ammomod arenas. People play 2 arenas their whole life because diversity in dm style is unacceptable for them, especially when they have already got used to the strats of a certain arena for an ultimate performance and elo preservation.

I really hope you are aware that timus pretty much exclusively played ammomod only

yeah but one day mike joined gran mid and timus joined, which was the only time i saw him play another map, and he beat mike multiple times i didnt see him lose so idk if he did or not. i never saw him even remotely lose the whole time he was active
when timus was like proper div 6 he would play the other ones too, more of an endif kinda guy and thats what he was more known for

That was sideshow playing on mikes account over at mikes place, this is atleast what i have heard from both mike and sideshow in his stream

well actually ive seen timus lift up the crate on gran mid with his bare hands and ive never seen mike do that
Or just disable ELO. Stops people using shitty techniques just for the points and actually playing the game.

This is not true, lol. While he definitely played ammomod more, he joined other arenas and pounded there too

who would win in a fight to the death 2016 prem season Timus or Chuck Norris
Why stroke your own dick for an elo score that isn’t accurate?
idk why you'd main mge instead of playing cpma or something
because you don't have to be concious at all to play mge. the idea for tf2 for me at least (idk about the others) is just to kill time or in between reading books to refresh my mind because i just zone out and i dont focus on anything and before you know it 4 hours have passed and then i can go skate with my friends
i play CA quake live too for same reasons and its a lot funnier because the quake mains think im a hacker but also gotta kinda use your brain for it and i cant be good at it with 500 ping so i dont do it as much as pub/mge
