Its 4 different families?
From the way its worded seems to me everything after the first sentence happened at the same time so the mom would have to be in two places at the same time
Or maybe the mum and dad had 3 kids but 1 of the kids had a son of their own so then it would be 4 kids in total but then wouldnt the riddle specify that the 3 kids mentioned in the first sentence were of the mum and dad from the same sentence?
