When I begin the TF2 sesh, I start at 240 FPS and progressively throughout the day it turns to 90-100 constant.

Usually when I'm gaming my fps drops for every single uber I drop. So my fps drops very rapidly in very little time.

Maybe if you play the game and drop other medics, your fps will go up?

this happened to me for a week out of the blue, I fixed it by updating my graphics driver to the newest available version.

same thing happened to me, it's probably your CPU overheating and thus being throttled as you play. check your temps using Speccy or a similar program and if they're too high, I would say invest in a new cooler.
