I've been having microstutters for a long time in TF2, and i'm getting closer and closer to finding the answer, someone told me that my problem may be with tf2 overusing my CPU while not using my GPU at all. So I listened to this and tried out a cinema config, my stutters were stopped BUT i had a low framerate, so i'm trying to look for a config that helps with both situations.

I may be wrong though, and the stutters may actually be something else though. So that's why i'm asking here for advice.

These are the PC specs that I have, i'm putting this here so nobody gets confused on what my specs are. Listing these may also help with finding what's wrong with tf2 though.

P.S. I've been using mastercomfig v7 for a while, but still though, if you have any config or any advice that would help me out, i'd appreciate it greatly.
