I am currently looking for a team possibly as a backup if they have a A+++ medic that could possibly mentor me. If their isnt a mentor Im looking for a starter. Preferably a starter I do want play time through the week also 3 times a week or so.
This would be my first season as medic but I have played in many pugs and other groups to get the hang of it and learn the role. I like being in control so therefore me calling as the medic instead of the demo / pocket is much better and fine with me.0 Especially if the pocket loves to call too!!! who knows he may be aggressive because I am!!!

I can read the opponents very well and try to capitalize on each moment that is allowed and i know when to fall back if needed.

It's not even because of the level you presented. It's the fact that you can't handle the negative attention and decide to make 3 threads instead of editing the first one 3 times.
That or because of the fact that you present all of your threads in the wrong section instead of the recruitment section. I know you have 1 sentence out of many about mentoring but that can get annoying.
You can keep making more threads but that will just anger the beast and you would slowly gain more negative attention.

This was very, very annoying, and he kept complaining when we would die for whatever reason. Im not sure what level you are looking for, but I dont think you have enough medic skills to be in Open yet

The one time I did actually see him playing a mix or something, I honestly felt sorry for his own team. Maybe you should play a few newbie mixes to get the basics down before you do anything else, if you're serious about playing and want advice.

Maybe you should play a few newbie mixes to get the basics down before you do anything else, if you're serious about playing and want advice.
