basically i'm a "Demoman" who plays on a silver team where we are learning the game but i'm having a hard time finding good ways to practice ? Things that i'm doing to get better; dm, MGE, pugs,Faceit.com, scrims, and matches, but i just can't find a way to get into the higher levels.

patience is important on demo. dont rush your shots, or your growth. it'll take as much time as it does to get into higher divs. just keep practicing :)
