Thats m0rehud with the new Surface font from broeselhud blue. If you install the surface fonts from broeselblue and then switch to m0rehud like usual (without installing m0rehuds Surface fonts) it will look like that.

if nothing else, it wouldn't be too hard to recreate.

On the clip you can't hear the backstab crit the sound is off.
