What you said at 5:40 actually kinda struck me. It's something that's been bothering me as well, despite not having a TF2 career like yours (still a bunch of hours though). I feel like I've gone through similair things as you. Accomplishing things in TF2 felt great for me at the time, but deep inside I knew it didn't feel right and just like you said: "it narrowed the scope of things that I did". I actually never realised this untill recently when I stopped playing the game.
