nah it's not that complex or hard to lead an open team
just make sure u have 6 players and they all paid their premium before the season begins and you're already doing better than 1/5ths of open team leaders

this is good advice but when people say it they are usually talking to a single person. if you have four it's easier to just do your own team

yes what lolguy said you guys should just make your own team, its not that hard to actually lead a team. it just takes consistency with scrims and matches. if you guys need help in not knowing what to do i can walk who ever wants to be the team leader through the basics of running a team. We need more people in open that are willing to lead teams anyways.
