ESEA vs ozfortress skill distribution

I'm studying abroad this spring semester in NZ, and planning to play ozfortress. However, I have no idea how ESEA divisions relate to ozfortress divisions. Is it just Prem=Invite, Intermediate=Intermediate, and Open=Open? I feel like I've heard high ESEA open is higher than open in other leagues, but that may just be ETF2L.

Open = Open, Int = Int, Prem = Invite.

They're all pretty competitive although each div is smaller than their esea counterpart.
