I just wanna see something that'll make FPS higher, pixel-like, easy to see stuff (not blurry or THAT much of a downgrade), and that's really all.
this converts your game from 3d to 2d

I was actually looking for a CFG that would relate to something like that (also I already have the dead game :P)

Either low or very low is what you likely want, and many add-ons might be worthwhile.
JustAWeeberpixel-like
Add to your class cfg files:
// blocky shadows
mat_filtertextures 1; mat_filtertextures 0
This won't increase fps, but it will make lighting look pixelated.

Things that remove models will increase fps, fullbright will increase fps significantly but break in sv_pure, and resized flat textures should help with GPU cache efficiency but I haven't benchmarked it.
