Aite, I seem to have 100 plus ping to jump/dm servers and the servme server for our scrim, but not to valve servers (40 to Stockholm).

Any idea why and how to fix?

Run a trace with WinMTR to a jump server and a serveme.tf server where you have high ping and share the results here.

not sure if you saw the post above or not but it's most likely due to bad routing, a tracert would definitely help resolve it!
