I'm 90% sure tiebreaker is rounds. Otherwise Theory of Knowledge would be the higher seed.

I think there's a difference between how esea automatically orders the standings during the regular season and how the playoff seedings end up (since they're done manually by admins)

Lowest amount of regulation rounds lost
Coinflip if undecided

You have the rankings set up wrong. Dunk is 2nd, HRTeam is 3rd, ToK is 4th, Faint 5th, etc. etc. It means that your bracket won't reflect the actual matchups for 2nd round.
