assuming you're on amd (I had this same problem) you need to revert to driver 16.12.2

also, be sure to disable auto-update in windows or it will auto update back to current drivers

im assuming youre on amd? install an older driver update. i think its 16.12.2 thats the last version to support it but im not sure.
