What do you do when you're essentially being ghosted by your friends because they have a friend who absolutely hates you and goes out of his way to make sure that you can't be near his friends which are your friends essentially boxing you out of their life because you don't get many opportunities to be around them so they slowly get indoctrinated into hating you?

2- Try to solve it yourself
3- discuss with the people involved about helping you
4- Consult a therapist (not relevant to that issue, but it remains one of the best possible solution for a lot of problems).
