Just got a desktop from my roommate for free. I get decent fps but sometimes in league/tf2/other games it drops and its kinda aids. My specs are:
Radeon Software Version
19.4.1
Radeon Software Edition
Adrenalin 2019
Graphics Chipset (GPU)
AMD Radeon (TM) R9 360
Memory Size
2048 MB
Memory Type
GDDR5
Core Clock
1050 MHz
Windows Version
Windows 10 (64 bit)
System Memory
16 GB
CPU Type
AMD FX-8800P Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G
I just updated the software and it got a little better but I'm pretty sure I should be getting better performance but I'm not. I'm on all low settings for league if that helps and I'm using mastercomfig and the low vpks that come with it. I don't know if my desktop is using the right gpu or not but I have been trying out how to see if it is and I can't figure it out.

Are you sure your monitor is connected to your GPU? You can check it out by using the hardware manager thingie in your PC (google it, a lot of guides)

Oddly enough that seems to be the issue right now. I ordered a DVI to Hdmi cable on amazon so we'll see monday if things improve. If anyone has any other ideas that'd be nice though.

im going to give this a bump because the cable did not exactly work and I think the cpu is the problem and I was wondering if there was anything I could do to fix it? I have all 4 of my cores unlocked and my toaster laptop's cpu is better than this cpu. CPU: AMD FX-8800P Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G 2.10Ghz
Ok, I'm going to ask: How many fps were you expecting?
The FX-8800P is an unimpressive laptop APU and performs like an unimpressive laptop APU. The R9 360 isn't exactly high end either.
If you can turn off the integrated GPU (you don't need it, only steals from the power budget for the CPU), crank up the TDP/power limit as high as it can go and overclock the CPU.
