we have concrete evidence showing him cheating

no, that would be stupid
-omg ac org is biased not being honest
you dont show how you catch a cheater, then other people (who cheat) will look at how he got caught and make sure they dont make the same mistake

Freedom of information is necessary in any trial. Evidence is useless if it is not necessary to ban someone.
I don't even care about this case in particular but your logic is questionable.

I completely agree with your logic when it has to do with a trial, but this isn't a PUBLIC trial. It's a closed door trial that their say is the only say, it's the exact same way that ESEA works
Just to note, I really haven't watched much Euro TF2 so I have no clue about he/she hacking or not.

That's why ESEA doesn't ban people on an opinionated basis, they need client proof.
Anyways, don't want to start any debates. My work is done here.

Correct in the case of hacking, but they can ban you without a care in the world for any other infraction that deem incorrect. You have no say in the matter and neither does anyone else. Both systems, in catching hackers, have their flaws. ESEA needs the client to get someone and it's nowhere near perfect, and some even argue awful at it, while the Euro have to deal with the fallible nature of humans

How do you know it's the client getting proof, and not just someone with an opinion saying the client has proof? You don't, because just like the ETF2L system, they're not showing you the evidence.

Permzilladownpourseeing as the only evidence of hacks weve seen is the very fake looking "TviQbust", why banned only for wallhacks? it was clear that the video was meant to show an aimbot/triggerbot. Unless I'm missing something and people who are being accused of hacking can only be banned for a single thing.
we don't show the evidence for obvious reasons
what you mean like with quad?

why don't you get TviQ's side of the story, just because his aim is unique , doesn't mean he hacks. No ones going to believe he hacks until you release this evidence you aren't releasing for "obvious reasons". till then the only proof is a fake youtube video
tl;dr tviq 2strong

A fake ban of someone who has been seriously accused of hacking would be unprofessional for a league.

A team using a cut player shortly after he was actually banned for hacking is equally unprofessional. Either way someone has fucked up.

(surprise surprised).

But the video and him being cut happened before April 1st, and he's been investigated for alleged hacking before. If the plan was to destroy the credibility of the AC team, good job.

The video was a parody (similar to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fcB85aX1pqY), and cutting him from the team was part of the joke. Maybe it wasn't that funny, but I don't think it says anything about the AC team.

An April Fools joke is successful at fooling people if it's believable. This fooled people not because people thought Tviq hacked but because people believed the anti-cheat team was incompetent enough to ban Tviq.
