been setup. Why/how are these accounts allowed to post? They seem like the most obvious alts in the world and have only been used for trolling from what I've seen

It's just not part of the spam prevention tools. could talk to enigma about it but I'd expect it'd be decent bit of extra work for something that makes alts 2 minutes longer to create. it's better at slowing waves of bots, not a dribble of alts
