you dont have to, there is a default ringer rule on rgl. invite teams have been doing it all season without having to pay for players.

in HL last season there were players that never paid up anyway and the admins didn't actually have a rule in place dictating what would happen if they didn't pay up.
pretty sure sandblast never ended up paying up lol
