There is no functional difference, the ball was rolling and admin inaction might've been squashed. Delaying any action at all simply allows them time to make the best move for their self interest, rather than the league or the community.

Unless I've missed something while scrimming through the comments and reading the thread, there's no actual concrete evidence that would justify banning someone, you literally have chat conversations of OP talking to one guy that claims he was being "chased" by nursey into weird sex related stuff, but nothing that would actually hold up anywhere. Like, I get where these claims are coming from but there is no actual proof here.

She joined the server before that during some server outage, instead pubbing with members of a public discord. During that time she befriended one of my friends, who was 14 at the time, whom she would regularly hit up in DMs on public chat, well aware he was young. This was in early 2018.
After a while she started to show sexual interest, or at least lewd intent, with frequent sexually charged, if not overtly sexual comments towards him, ranging from stuff like “I will bury X between my Thighs. DM Me.”
