My game crashes when I play 6s

My texture quality is set to low so idk. Can't recall it ever happening in a pub, only scrims / pugs

i used to crash at least once a scrim even after default & reinstall but it seemed after i added -nohltv -r_emulate_gl to my launch options i havent crashed since. im on dx95

had the exact same problem, happened whenever i ran tf2 for too long

my solution was to just restart after every half during scrims

Could be a memory leak that is causing your problem. Like one post said, look at your ram usage leading up to the event.

i5 4690k r9 390 4x4gb ddr3 ram

rain-i used to crash at least once a scrim even after default & reinstall but it seemed after i added -nohltv -r_emulate_gl to my launch options i havent crashed since. im on dx95

added these to my launch options will see if it helps

ok well ever since using rain's launch options I haven't had the issue again so it seems that is the solution
the r emulate one specifically
