there are still active 3rd party clients like iw4x for MW2 and old MW3 clients like TeknoMW3 and PlutoniumMW3, way better than the awful locked fps and fov steam versions (and broken matchmaking)

also black ops 2 is prob the most active but full of russian tryhards, but ye overall cod is extremely dead, i haven't played any of them since bo2 but this new one looks decent

i extensively used the FAL and it's kinda ok now with all the added attachements (Merc Verticle Grip & Compensator) there's still more things to unlock maybe it'll shoot in a 100% straight line soon

I got it to gold. The only annoying one was to get kills shortly after reloading but it kinda comes with time. crouch one was funny since you just crouch and shoot whenever u see an enemy lol

ive now played the game for almost a week, and can conclusively say half the maps are shit. i still have really been enjoying the game and will continue to grind it, but a couple of the maps (especially the city one for ground wars) are just 0 fun to play on even when im doing well. hopefully we get something in the future to incentivize the entire server to not sit on rooftops for 30 min.

In the beginning I loved the city one but it took 10 games or so to start disliking it so hard I just leave and requeue
Only fun part of that map is kill people who try to get up on the roof of the tallest building. The game is really really good but I agree, the maps are lacking.

I could understand if ur on console and its hard to look around or whatever so u just sit in a corner and think it's fun, but when u see dudes with a mouse and keyboard prone in the back of the map spending the entire game getting a single chopper gunner u start to wonder where things went so wrong

That 725 shotgun reminding me of pre-nerf MW2 Model 1887. Its actually better than SMGs at mid range.
