So I'm not sure what is going on with my network settings, but a lot of players on servers will move around in a jagged manner, as do projectiles (specifically stickey's). I'm using the "bad connection" network settings in chris' config, but both of those seem to leave the problem the same. I reinstalled the game to see if that would help, but it did not.

try running the game with -autoconfig in your launch options, it sets everything back to default
if there's still an issue with stuttery players then it's likely not a setting issue

That didn't help. For the record I'm on an Asus g73jh. It's got a 1.8ghz i7 (That can go up to around 2.4ish with some boosting software) and a radeon 5870. My frames are usually around 100 or so, but it doesn't feel like it's a frame or performance issue.

this sounds like an interp issue. type this in console and then join a server where you get decent ping: cl_interp 0
also make sure you're not dropping packets and your connection is stable/good ping/etc.
