haven't they been in the process of recording an album for a while? so are they just now announcing this or is it still klinghoffer on the album? or did that get scrapped

I'd assume klinghoffer is still on it. I've read they planned to release it sometime in 2019 but ended up delayed, so maybe a release in the next few months? He's toured with them since way before frusciante left again so I really doubt they would cut his work so suddenly
