im not taking it out on the community i asked the question in order to see wat ppl i dont kno have to say because i knew most people would disagree
a lot of ppl feel the same way as i do so i thought the conversation would be valid and the mixed response has made me reconsider certain aspects about it...

Ok none of that shit means anything. its lived that long because its free, the low graphic requirements and its made by valve. Thats why its the most downloaded game and thats what CS players have been saying the whole time they were making fun of the game.
It probably is the first thing any steam user installs, but that doesnt mean anything
You’ve misinterpreted what we are talking about when i said failed because i didnt say failed in what.
we’re both right in that it did succeed in what youre saying and it failed in the way im saying, but whether or not you agree or disagree im sure you would rather be playing this game 5 years ago than playing it right now for a reason and thats what i meant by failed.
most other ppl seem to be saying shit thats in the past like ‘the game DID this’ or ‘the game WAS this’.
its got nothing going for it now
