If you have a bone problem (likely, given your diagnosis of scapula pain) a personal trainer isn’t gonna help you much, scapulas almost always require xrays. If it happens to be problems with muscle pain around your shoulders/neck/trap ice that shit and stretch (lightly) until you feel the pain decrease then try resistance excess uses until the pain subsides.

what did you do to your scapula to make it hurt in the first place, and when does it hurt (like what do you do to make it hurt and what makes it stop)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ytJ0No9ZsM . If it was one specific moment that caused your injury, you should see a professional.

i think its more bone based but idk never had this type of injury before

i was doing my last set of dumbell rows and instead of pulling to my hip I pulled more towards my back 1-2 times and then it started hurting,i took some painkillers so the pain is less but it hurts when i do most movement with my arm

Never ask random med students on the internet kids, go see an actual doctor irl.

Anyway OP you can't seriously expect someone to tell you what's wrong from a 2 line post. That being said, you probably just pulled a muscle (fracture very unlikely from what you've described, and if it was a torn muscle you'd have a pretty noticeable hematoma). Go to the ER asap, they'll give you a physical and see which muscle you've pulled.

And again, to anyone reading this, if you're ever having medical issues save yourself the trouble of typing up forum posts and go to a damn doctor. No medical worker with 5 working brain cells would ever even try to diagnose you without actually seeing you irl.

Is it the little area between your shoulder blade and your spine that hurts? You might have just used your rhomboid/some other muscle more than you normally do and its sore (pulling to your 'pocket' emphasizes the lats more, pulling higher up puts a little more stress on the rhomboid since you're more likely to pull your whole shoulder back)

If that is the case, get a lacrosse ball/tennis ball/something else and lean against a wall with the ball in that pocket between your spine and shoulder blade. Roll until your find the sucky spot and hang out there for like 20 seconds then start rolling around. If you only have a foam roller you can get close by hugging yourself tight to open up the area we've been talking about, then roll diagonally on the foam roller so it can dig in.

If I guessed your problem wrong then describe it with more detail and there's a good chance people might be able to help more haha.
