Rubberbanding with high frames and low ping?

I have had this problem that just started a few weeks ago, and I cannot find a fix anywhere. I consistently get 100+ fps in big fights and 200+ at other times. I have a consistent 40-60 ping, and it almost never jumps above 80. However, I consistently keep rubberbanding and the game keeps freezing for a split second nearly every minute. When I look at net_graph 2 or above, every time I freeze or teleport, there is a small gap in the graph (I can provide screenshots if necessary) and the game is becoming unplayable. I have looked everywhere for a fix, I have mastercomfig and very low graphic settings, I have tried every different dxlevel, 80, 81, 90, 95, and 98, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, nothing works.

Other threads with similar problems all have answers that relate to network problems, but when I play any other online game (Halo, Overwatch, CSGO, Paladins) I have no problems, so I don't see how it could be a network problem... Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have spent well over a thousand hours in this game, and it's getting to be so bad that I can't play it because it's too difficult to play.

Try running the game with "-autoconfig" in the launch options. If issues persists, it might be something other than your config/game.

Additionally, you could also try and "verify the integrity of the game cache" in Steam by going to your games library, right clicking on TF2 > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of the Game Cache".

If you are getting 200fps on very low, you don't need very low. Honestly, I should get rid of it because of its misuse. It's for people getting 5 to 15 FPS without a config.

It will affect your game negatively, as it says on the website. So when you encounter these issues, please heed the warnings.

I'd use medium low.
