Bullet Tracers for scattergun not working

I just downloaded Comanglia crosshair pack and Comanglia's stability config and tracers for my scattergun are not working. I looked in the gfx and setting.cfg and set r_drawtracers_firstperson and r_drawtracers to 1, and I went in the crosshair.vpk file to check if "TracerEffect" was set to "bullet_scattergun_tracer01" and it was. I've been trying to fix this issue for an hour and nothing is working. Please help

Are you using viewmodel_fov 0?

You can try setting mp_decals to 9 or more

I'm not sure if you're using a vtf crosshairs or not but sometimes vtf crosshairs will disable tracers for certain weapons

Yea i'm using Comanglia's custom crosshairs, which are custom vtf crosshairs. I'm wondering if there is a way to enable bullet tracers. I went in the vpk file for the crosshair and i saw that "TracerEffect" was set to "bullet_scattergun_tracer01". However, tracers were still disabled for the scattergun. Tracers work for the shotgun and pistol tho. Here is the crosshair pack i'm using: https://www.dropbox.com/s/l131k6uyr3mkhbv/crosshairpack.vpk?dl=0
