Pirating music is bad, but its not really as big of a hit to musicians as it can be to producers of other media. If you really want to support a band/musician, buy their merch and go to their shows.

That's a 3.5 inch hard drive, you need a 2.5 inch hard drive like this:

You can upgrade you laptop's RAM, it will just take laptop SO-DIMM modules, instead of desktop DIMM modules. Check to see how many sockets it has before ordering anything. However, you probably won't need more than 4gb of RAM unless you're doing extensive CAD work or heavy Video and Photo editing

The feel of it is really nice, and makes up for the shitty sensor. The only exception to this is when it decides to not move. When this happens, I have to frantically brush my hand over my mousepad/mouse mid fight at the speed of light, hoping I don't die in the process. >:|
Clean your mousepad with a damp cloth daily to make sure dust doesnt collect on it, and use compressed air on the lens/sensor of your mouse, dust can collect in there too.

About cl_interp and hit registeration

Medic: same as Projectile
sniper: .314159265359
Also note that the lower the interp is, the quicker you will see projectiles. That is a crude way of saying it, but useful, as you may wish to play with 0 interp on scout, for instance, in order to dodge better (maybe).
I thought hitscan was .0303? Also don't some servers have cmdrate at 67 so your lerp can go down to 14ms with cl_interp 0

the talent is machine washable and big, no real reason to buy anything else, unless the qck+ or qck heavy is significantly cheaper. The artisan hein and artisan hayate are also pretty good.
