#36 Remember when invite players streamed scrims? in TF2 General Discussion
MR_SLINHereThereBeTygersMaybe they could stream, but not save the VOD? That way the other teams would only be able to see all the little things that seanbud mentioned if they watched the stream live.
That's a slightly better option but you're still putting out your pov, strategies, comms, etc. out there. I completely understand why people don't want to stream scrims.

Your comms being listenable being a disadvantage? Seriously?

You're suddenly at a disadvantage because the other team knows that you can communicate when things die or how much damage you've done?

This may come as a shock, but every team that has ever been dominant in this game has only been so because they had the best dm there was. Sorry to burst the theorycrafting meta-bubble, but just because you run a heavy on last instead of a pyro doesn't mean that you're suddenly going to be taking rounds off of teams that DM better than you.

clckwrklol guys, guys, come on. how do you expect teams to brainstorm some groundbreaking strategies on viaduct with you guys listening? it's selfish of you guys to want all these strategies. if the strat is to cap the middle and only point, this needs to be a secret until match time.

better edit that before the invite illuminati break your wrists for your attempt at loosening their vice grip on tf2 theorycraft.

strats must flow

300-600 people can't know what it takes to WIN

You can't just TELL people that DEMO isn't supposed to WATCH FLANK

Or strategies that include PUSHING ON ADVANTAGE

In ye days of olde it used to be strategy to have the medic jump in corners and have the pocket stand in between him and attacking scouts. This was back when oplaid was THE SCOUT

Either way, why not run some pugs and try it out. It seems like it could marginally beneficial to the game without really taking anything away.

edota 1 = original moba
dota 2 = dota 1 with less heroes out and better graphics
hon = dota 1 with better graphics and lots more heroes that arent even in dota

HoN is the try-hard 90s ACTION edition of DotA. Most of the S2 heroes are fucking retarded and ever since hon 2.0 they gave up on attempting to be dota and instead went for some other crazy sort of game where heroes that have 2.5k radius 40% slow 250 damage nukes that don't require vision are o k.

Damn shame because I would have liked to see deadwood and forsaken archer in a playable arts but I guess I never will.

There was a time when EG ran syckness full-time sniper on follower with cyzer and I can't remember who else on scout.

They lost to the formerly-vicious-gaming loaded so that may or may not have been a good decision in retrospect.

Stop. Delete this thread.

Look at the item choices that were made and ask yourself, is this really indicative of my skill? Or my brackets completely lack of it?
