pretty much what everyone else said; medic is just as fun as anything else when you're playing with people you like, it just blows when your teammates have no bond and are always getting annoyed with each other.

try benzoyl peroxide first, if acne is causing you real problems that is. it works for a lot of people.
it'll dry your skin up a bit but at a relatively low strength (2.5-5%) it should be all good.

it's a crosshair that's been referenced wrong in clientscheme.res, so it uses the default font instead of whatever "i" is in the crosshair font.
you should just be able to remove it altogether in hudlayout.res. it'll be towards the top with the rest of the crosshairs and have visible set to 1, change it to 0.
