the individual responsibility meme seems like a planned diversion. but idk, i don't expect any major industrial changes until we're right on the brink of being absolutely undeniably fucked. to address the real problems you're talking about entire countries becoming irrelevant on the world market, most probably including my own.

Help please with fps drops?

Infinity_Your laptop could be overheating which would explain why its good at first but then bad after a bit. when i first built my computer i had that problem but i just bought a better cooler, idk what you can do with a laptop
I had the same problem with my laptop and I found underclocking my cpu a little gave me much more stable fps. Probably worth cleaning things out and trying cooling methods before you resort to that but yeah I would imagine that cpu overheating is the issue. TF2 isn't very gpu intensive esp if you're on low settings.
